The journey of Bhavya machine Tools began 50 years ago with Mr. Kirtilal Shah - father of Mr. Jatin shah & Mr. Rohit shah (current Directors) and it has been constantly fueled by the two brothers ever since. Both brothers are absolutely aggressive and hardworking when it comes to staying competitive in the market &introduction of new technology to the existing product basket of machinery. To add to this, the 3rd generation has also now stepped in & have opened up the wings of Bhavya Machine Tools globally by establishing offices internationally in UAE as well as Africa.
Initially, Bhavya Machine Tools began their hustle by marketing Conventional Machines for engineering unit and have now grown to provide machines for Tool room, Sheet metal work, Special machines for mass production items for various field of automobile, textile, power sector and construction industries.
Our latest introduction is something that is useful for manufacturers from all fields as it caters to the need of saving manufacturing cost through usage of Tool Resharpening and Tool Regrinding machinery. These machines Regrind / Resharpen all kinds of Drill Bits, End Mills, Ball Nose End Mills, CNC Tools, Lathe Tools, CNC Engraving Tools.
We also have a range of Chamfering / Plate Bevelling Machines which performs Deburring & Plate Bevelling of Edges of Metal workpieces of any shape & size. The removal of the Extra Material from the workpieces is done by the Inserts/Wheel which is provided with the machines. These machines are very compact & Robust in design. Our other most popular range is of the FLEXI-ARM TAPPING Machine. It has a very unique & portable design. This machines main feature is to do Quick Tapping/Threading into Drill Holes of various sizes ranging from M3 to M42 without damaging the Taps. This quick performing machine comes in various sizes & models along with its standard set of accessories.

We immediately set up a team to study if that specific type of machine can be procured. As a result, Bhavya’s product portfolio is ever expanding. This approach is what has earned Bhavya its name. As a result we have conventional machine with a big size available in ready stock. This machines are taking 3 to 4 months to get manufactured. This is a plus point for our customer to get machine and start production. By this way we serve customer requirement. We have all facility for testing machine, giving trial of machine to customer. We are expertise in packing material for export and local supply. We have facility to load and unload machine of huge weight.
